The key holder report to the store mangager and/or assitant store manger.
As a Key Holder you exhibit an aptitude for managerial responsibilities. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. You will assist team mates in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees. In addition, you will ensure the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Arrive early to open & leave late to close
Ensure store is clean and organized
Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager
Analyzing current fashion trends and incorporating them into personal style
Using brand expertise to help customers determine size and desired style
Building rapport with customers to make them feel valued and appreciated
Learning the features and benefits of new product launches to help drive sales
Processing customer transactions through the use of POS software
