Items purchased from State & First are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. All in-store sales after 7 days are final. Returns by mail of online purchases must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order. Holiday gift purchases in December are eligible for refund or exchange until January 15 the following year.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
We will not hold items for exchange.
